Refund Policy

Thames International University maintains a fair and transparent refund policy.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:


  • If a payment has been made due to a technical error or a duplicate transaction.

  • If a student has been charged incorrectly due to a system error.


Refund requests must be submitted to the support team within 7 days of the payment date along with proof of transaction.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:


  • After course access has been granted and course materials have been accessed.

  • If the student voluntarily withdraws from the program after enrollment.

  • If the request is made beyond the specified refund request period.


Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider.
